Handling of Personal Information by Loveinn Japan

ALMEX Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "Company") shall handle personal information as given below when acquiring the personal information of customers, which is necessary in the business operations, due to be carried out in the provision and operation of the Loveinn Japan services.

  2. Purposes of use
    1. For the provision of products and services in this business
    2. For the notifications and introductions of products and services in this business
    3. For questionnaires and monitoring research, and answers to inquiries from customers
    4. To further enhance the products and services in this business, and provide them to customers
    5. To otherwise properly and smoothly implement the transactions and contracts with customers
  3. Protection of personal information
    1. The Company shall take necessary and appropriate measures to protect the leakage, loss or damage of the personal information entrusted to the Company.
  4. Information held
    1. The personal information entrusted to the Company shall be continuously stored unless there are provisions otherwise (for example, information indicated in various campaign application guidelines).
  5. Personal information after cancellation
    1. The Company shall use the personal information entrusted by the customers or business partners after the cancellation of the Company's services within the extent of the purposes of use set forth in Purposes of Use 2 and 3.
  6. Shared use
    1. The Company shall not jointly use the personal information entrusted by the customer to the Company in this business to any person other than the Company.
  7. Third party provision of personal information
    1. The Company shall provide personal information composed of the name, amount and credit card number, bank account to financial institutions only for billing purposes or storage of the product or services fees in document form or electronic data.
  8. Requests for suspension of use of personal information
    1. The customer may request the Company stop or delete the use of personal information relating to himself or herself or to suspend provision to a third party.
  9. Entrustment of the handling of personal information
    1. The Company may entrust part of the business to a third party within the scope of the purposes of use in order to smoothly advance the business.
      Only subcontractors which are organizations that have the appropriate system for management of the personal information in place shall be selected, and shall be entrusted upon entering into a contract seeking appropriate management.
  10. Requests for disclosure and correction of personal information
    1. The customer may make a request to the Company for the disclosure of his or her personal information. In addition, if there is a mistake in the personal information of the customer or a change is to be made, the Customer may request a change, addition or deletion of an item.
  11. Voluntary entries
    1. The entry of personal information in the application form, etc. shall be on a voluntary basis, and if the Customer does not fill in the information, there may be cases where the products or services cannot be appropriately provided.
